Breakfast: 2 eggs, beef, salsa and cheese. 

Lunch: Salad + beef patty. Bag of nuts.

Dinner: 1/2 chicken and chili. 

Late night snack: Protein shake. 1/2 cup of coconut milk and 1 cup of milk. I need to double my fat intake. More more more!
