Breakfast: two egg and roast beef wraps. I ate two. I was hungry. Three eggs, salsa, roast beef, 2 wraps.

Lunch: Chicken Salad. Banana

Snack: Bag of nuts.

Crossfit!

Dinner: another egg + roast beef wrap. a salmon steak.

Coffee: Latte (no caffine), oat bar.

Snack: Protein powder with coconut milk and milk.

After a day of bad eating, back on the schedule.

Breakfast. Eggs, salsa and sliced roast beef. It doesn’t look appetizing at all but consider it utility eating. It actually tasted pretty good. Had an orange to go with it.

Snack at work: Nuts and fruit.

Lunch: Spring salad with cherry tomatoes, avocado and beef patty. A little bit of balsamic vinaigrette dressing on top. Delicious!

Crossfit:

  • Deadlift max
  • 1 mile run

Dinner: Spring salad with cherry tomatoes, avocado, pickle (surprisingly YUM! w/ Salad) and balsamic vinegar. I had a very large (2x) helping of salmon. This is the start of fish week. I thought I needed the extra protein. I didn’t.

Tomorrow same thing, one piece of salmon is enough.

Snack: Protein shake with coconut milk.

Fruit (late night). I had a massive carb craving. It is a funny feeling, like you are hungry but not. So I had a few grapes and an orange. Carb craving gone.

Haven’t really been as diligent as I should have been keeping the food log. Well my diet has been pretty standard for the past couple of days. On Sunday I decided that I needed a free day. I woke up late, really craving a hamburger.

That is strange considering last week was beef week and I’ve consumed a very large portion of a cow. Anyways, Sunday food log.

Woke up quick at about noon…

Went to the track to get in a light Sunday Crossfit work out:

  • Some light Parkour runs
  • 10 rounds of 10 push ups, 10 sit ups, and 10 squats
  • 24 burpees.

Now begin the day of non-optimal yet very enjoyable eating:

I actually woke up around noon, at the track at 2:00, no breakfast, no food in my belly. After the workout I was starving! Off to Whitespot.

Whitespot bigger burger with sweet potato fries. Mmmm…drool.

Coffee and cookie. I haven’t had a cookie in weeks. It tasted so sweet. I usually eat the oat bars at Starbucks which aren’t any better. In fact I think I gotta avoid Starbucks for a little while. Most of my bad sugar intake is from there.

Snack at the end of the day:

I found that the burger really filled me up. In fact, that was the only meal I ate all Sunday.
