Pelvis and Back Update

Something really amazing happened today. I was in the data center today on my feet about two hours. The amazing thing is that my lower back didn’t hurt at all. I think the difference that has made the difference is theĀ  strengthening exercises I’ve learned at Back Healthworks (http://backhealthworks.ca) here in Burnaby.

If you have lower back pain or feel like there are some alignment problems I recommend checking them out. Personally, this is the first time in more than 12 to 15 years that I could stay on my feet without my back hurting. It is a major improvement to my quality of life.

I still have a lot of work to do but I’m so happy that things are going in the right direction. For the record I’ve been vising Back Healthworks for about 3 months.

    I happened across your blog this morn as I was searching for non-chiropractic ways to remedy my “uneven hips”. I have eerily similar symptoms and am an avid crossfitter. So glad to hear that you’ve had success w/ backhealthworks. I’m going to check them out. All the best.
